These terms of service govern your use of the Terkip (terkip.net) website and its services. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Terkip is a free web tools collection designed to make recurring tasks easier. The tools include password generators, color palette generators, JSON formatters, text converters, and similar utilities. All tools run entirely in your browser (client-side); the data you enter is not sent to our servers.

2. Account Usage

Some features (favorite tools, usage statistics, personalization) require creating an account. When you create an account:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for account security (including the confidentiality of your password).
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
  • You must notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

The following behaviors are prohibited when using Terkip:

  • Abusing, overloading, or exploiting the service with automated tools
  • Preventing other users from benefiting from the service
  • Attempting to compromise the security of the service
  • Using the service for purposes that violate the law
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts without permission

4. Intellectual Property

The Terkip brand, logo, design, and source code are protected by copyright. Outputs generated by the tools (generated passwords, converted texts, etc.) belong entirely to you; we do not claim any rights over them.

5. Limitation of Liability

Terkip services are provided "as is" and "as available". No express or implied warranties are given.

  • The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of tool outputs is not guaranteed.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service is not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of Terkip.
  • For security-critical applications (production passwords, cryptographic keys, etc.), we recommend independent verification before using tool outputs.

6. Service Changes

Terkip reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

  • Add, modify, or remove tools
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend all or part of the service
  • Update these terms of service

7. Account Termination

In case of violation of these terms, your account may be suspended or deleted without prior notice. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

8. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
